Ibrahim Alhafidhi

Currently working as the Executive Director of Transformation at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, where he oversees the Program and Project Management Office, Digital Transformation Management, and Change Management.

Most of his practical experience is in founding teams for emerging entities, departments, and projects.

Bachelor's degree from the College of Computer and Information Sciences at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University with a specialization in Computer Science.

Dr. Fahd Al Sultan

Dr. Fahd Al Sultan specializes in business process reengineering, organizational restructuring, and strategic planning. He is the founder of Al Sultan Academy, Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Electricity Transmission Company, former Secretary of the Saudi Chambers Council, and former Assistant Deputy Minister for Planning and Programs at the Ministry of Municipalities.

He holds a Ph.D. in Development Management and Public Administration from the City University of New York / USA, with honors from the University of Pittsburgh in Public Administration.
He has supervised and led numerous projects in various business and government sectors.
He has published several books on organizational structure, business process reengineering, and numerous practical studies and research, totaling 41.

Abdulatif AlMaqit

Abdulatif AlMaqit has over 20 years of experience in business process management, development, and improvement. Throughout his career, Abdulatif has held various positions in both the private and public sectors. He has led diverse projects and initiatives in implementing methodologies, tools, and techniques of business process management in companies and organizations where he worked. He also has extensive experience in training and knowledge transfer, conducting workshops to build competencies and human capabilities capable of managing business process tasks and responsibilities. Abdulatif AlMaqit holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a master's degree in Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Mashari AlSaleh

Mashari AlSaleh is an expert in business process management and business development with over 6 years of experience. He has participated in numerous transformative programs and initiatives in various government entities, in addition to projects for building sectoral and national strategies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University and several professional certificates in various fields related to process development.

Abdullah AlRooqi

Abdullah AlRooqi is a Six Sigma Black Belt Professor and a pioneer in the field of Six Sigma in Saudi Arabia. He has several studies and research in Six Sigma applications, business and service development, business processes, and strategies. He has experience in performance management, business process management, and quality management. He has won several local and international awards in the fields of management, innovation, and Six Sigma. He is also a professional trainer in the field of management training, having conducted numerous courses in the government sector, health sector, banking sector, and logistics support. He is also an author in the field of Six Sigma and service design.

Rayan Maddah

Executive leader with over 18 years of experience in the energy system, certified practitioner of strategic planning and performance indicators, awarded the CEO Award for outstanding leadership performance. He worked in operation, maintenance, and project management, as well as in operational planning and strategic transformation. Led risk, compliance, and internal control, and led the management of the company board and its committee activities.
He specializes in the field of localization and local content, and currently he is leading the distinguishing policies and procedures of the Saudi Electricity Company.

Mohammed Basrawi

Mohammed Basrawi is a strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and over 16 years of experience in management, marketing, and communication. He has a successful track record in various industries, including education, real estate, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), hospitality, tourism, and sports. Mohammed has experience in innovation management, transformation management, project management, digital marketing, and customer experience. He is currently a seasoned project manager with a proven ability to lead projects to success. Mohammed holds an MBA double degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of California, San Bernardino. He also has several professional certificates and courses in project management.

Meshal AlSaneed

Meshal AlSaneed specializes in business processes and digital transformation. He has contributed to the implementation of several related projects in both the government and private sectors. He is interested in modern practices related to organizational excellence and business processes. Meshal holds several professional certifications in this field.

He graduated from King Saud University with a degree in Industrial Engineering.

Yazid AlMousa

Yazid AlMousa has over 15 years of experience in developing business processes with SAP and Oracle expert systems. Formerly the leader of the Enterprise Excellence application team and the Director of Innovation and Creativity. He now works with the Project Management Office for Development and Capital Projects. An internationally certified trainer licensed by the University of Texas PMI, accredited by the International Leadership Association (ILA), and the Creative Innovation Foundation (CInI). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Project Management with Artificial Intelligence from MSU University.
